What your guest sees
The guest side is mobile-only by design: every screen is built for one thumb, and it is personal — the guest's own history, bonuses and coupons.

The era of standards
The era of standardisation is here. Guests no longer learn every website from scratch — they expect everything to work the way they are used to.
A profile button in the bottom right, a floating cart, a dish card with modifiers — these are not our inventions. They are standards set by the market leaders, and your guests already know them. They should find the same familiar layout on your site.
We track the trends and technology of the leaders and fold them into the system in good time — so your site always matches what guests expect today.
Spins with the market — never behind it.

Trust and safety
Familiar patterns
The interface is built on the patterns large marketplaces have already taught your guests.
Why this mattersContrast and readability
The interface is checked against WCAG 2.1 for contrast; deviations we find are fixed.
Personal data
Consent to communication is given per channel; the phone number is confirmed with a code; unsubscribing takes one click; there is a stop list. Guest data is not passed to third parties and is not sold.
Spam protection
Integration keys are stored encrypted; request limits and phone confirmation protect against mass fake orders and mailings.
Why restaurants need their own channel
Marketplaces bring new guests, and that is what they are good at. Without a channel of your own, though, a restaurant loses three things on every repeat order.
25–30% on repeat orders
A guest who already knows you still orders through a marketplace, and a quarter to a third of that order goes out as commission.
No guest data
Order history, contacts and preferences stay with the platform, so there is nothing to build repeat sales on.
The repeat guest belongs to the platform
The relationship with a returning guest sits inside someone else's app. Carousel adds a channel of your own next to the marketplaces you already use, rather than replacing them.
How it works
Connect your POS and menu
We link Carousel to the till system you already use and bring the menu across — either yourself from the guide, or with our team.
Launch the site under your brand
Delivery, pickup and dine-in QR run on your own domain and your own design.
Take orders directly
Guests order directly from you, and orders from marketplaces are imported into the same admin panel.
What you get
Delivery and pickup
Order flow with delivery zones, time slots and courier hand-off. The guest site is built for phones only — that is deliberate.
Dine-in QR and waiter mode
Guests order from the table by QR, or a waiter takes the order on a phone — either way it goes straight to the POS.
Loyalty
Points, tiers and rewards that work across all of your venues.
Marketing automations
Scheduled and triggered campaigns by SMS, messenger and email. Plus your dishes in Google: the feed updates itself.
Reviews with AI
Collect reviews and draft replies with an assistant that keeps your tone.
Networks, brands and franchises
One venue or many. Use brand icons as the top level of your menu — mains, wine list, desserts — or run several real brands from one kitchen.
Built in our own kitchens
Carousel runs every day in the founders' own network in Kyiv: 3 brands, 8 venues. Everything on this site is in daily use, not on a roadmap.
Integrations
Carousel connects to the till, payment, delivery and messaging services restaurants already use.
