Carousel · a platform for the restaurant business

The platform an owner of 15 restaurants built for himself

I spent 10 years working in IT, then 25 years in restaurants. In 2026, I returned to programming and, together with artificial intelligence, created a system that talks to guests the way an owner has always wanted.

Cybernetics. Graduated from the Faculty of Cybernetics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

  2. 02

IT. 10 years in software development, including 5 in Switzerland: interfaces, games and educational software. That was also where dinners over pizza and pasta started it all.

  3. 03

Mamamia! In 2001, I opened one of Kyiv’s first pizza delivery services. The first oven cost four thousand euros, the refrigerator was bought on credit, and the production kitchen was rented at a culinary college. Over 25 years, I opened 15 restaurants.

Carousel. Today the machine writes the code. The value lies in what it says to the guest. I translated 25 years of experience into the language of the system.

How a restaurant should talk to its guests

01

The guest does not wait.

The menu, ordering, additional orders and payment all happen on the phone, without calling a waiter.

02

Every guest is known.

Anyone who has ordered at least once enters the database, and the restaurant remembers them.

03

A message on time, or not at all.

Remind guests about wallet bonuses when they are about to expire, instead of sending promotions every day.

04

An interface without clutter.

If a guest needs an explanation of how to place an order, the interface is poor.

05

Decisions based on data.

The owner sees revenue, margin and the source of every order in one place.

06

Sales are an art.

Taste and experience determine when and what to offer the guest.

Fewer contractors — lower costs

No Shipday.

Your own couriers and calls to external delivery services now live inside Carousel. A separate subscription is no longer needed.

No SEO contractor.

The AI analyses sales and popular dishes itself, chooses what to advertise and to whom, and prepares campaigns. The owner only approves the launch.

Why it works

The AI sees the whole picture at once: the POS, the website, the CRM, Google Ads, Meta and Google Business. Everything is connected through a single MCP server, so the AI not only reads data but acts: puts a dish on the stop list, launches a campaign, replies to a review. Every AI action is performed with the permissions of a specific user.

What Carousel can do

All of this already runs in the Mamamia! network and is ready to launch in other restaurants and groups — under your own brand.

AI management: No searching through admin menus. You write what you need, and the system does it: from the menu stop list on the website to a Google Ads campaign. Everything follows access rights: a restaurant administrator or manager cannot perform dangerous actions — only what their role allows.

Fast website start: Carousel scans your current website — menu, prices, photos and descriptions — and moves everything to the new platform with no manual entry. You just review and launch.

Google without extra accounts: No need to create your own Merchant Center or ad accounts: everything runs through Carousel, but under your brand.

Your communication tone: You decide how the system speaks to guests: assertively and with a focus on sales, or carefully and respectfully to grow the value of your brand. No marketers or middlemen — just tell the AI what your voice should sound like.

An interface built to global standards: The online store meets international contrast standards (WCAG), while the ordering flow draws on the experience of major platforms such as Glovo and Uber Eats — everything feels familiar to guests from the very first tap.

Dining room: QR menu, orders sent straight to the POS, payment by phone.

Delivery and pickup: a website with one shared cart for multiple brands.

CRM: guest segments and automated message sequences for bonuses, wallet credit and returning guests.

Reputation and social media: Google reviews, posts and replies to guests.

Analytics: revenue, P&L, dish margins and order sources.

Multiple brands — one kitchen

An extra kitchen or a dark kitchen no longer needs its own website, POS or contractors. Carousel lets you run several brands from one kitchen: each has its own menu and look, while the guest places a single order with dishes from different brands in one cart.

Mamamia! works exactly this way: several delivery brands from the same kitchens.

I am looking for the first partners

Carousel runs in my restaurant network every day and is ready to launch in other restaurants. I am now opening it to the first restaurant groups that want to take this journey with me. Partners receive a launch under their own brand, personal support from the author, and first-partner terms.

Payment model

A monthly subscription per venue. For the first partners — no setup fee. The exact price comes after a conversation, sized to your network.
