Delivery and pickup

Guests order on your own site, under your brand. You set the areas you cover and the times you can take. Every order lands on the kitchen screen the moment it is paid.

  • Delivery areas drawn on a map
  • Time slots for scheduled orders
  • Pickup with a venue chosen by the guest
  • Order monitor for the kitchen, with handover to a courier
  • Marketplace orders (Glovo, Bolt) imported into the same monitor
  • Guest interface is mobile only — deliberately: guests order from a phone, and every screen is made for one thumb
  • Own couriers: app with route, map and statuses — in development, September 2026

Dine-in QR and waiter mode

Two ways to take an order in the dining room: the guest scans a QR code on the table, or the waiter uses their own phone in the same interface. In both cases the order lands in the POS automatically, with no re-keying at the till.

  • Menu and ordering from a QR code at the table
  • Waiter mode: table and takeaway orders taken on a phone
  • Order goes straight to the POS automatically
  • Bill splitting, payment and tips without a waiter
  • Staff call sent straight to the bot

Loyalty

Points and coupons run on rules you write yourself. A rule has conditions and triggers, so a coupon appears when the guest actually earns it. Nothing is issued in advance and left to expire unused.

  • Points on orders and personal coupons
  • Rules built from conditions and triggers
  • Coupons calculated live from the rules, not issued in advance

Marketing automations

Campaigns are built as funnels with steps, not as one-off blasts. Each step can go out by email, SMS or a messenger. Consent is kept per channel and reports show what each campaign did. A guest can also find a specific dish in Google and land straight on its card.

  • Dishes in Google: a dynamic Merchant Center feed that updates itself
  • E-commerce events for GA4 and Google Ads via GTM: view, cart, purchase
  • Funnels with steps across email, SMS and messengers
  • A/B tests between variants
  • Audience segments
  • Consent held per channel, with campaign reports

Reviews with AI

Google reviews arrive in one inbox instead of a dashboard nobody opens. The assistant drafts a reply and classifies the review, and anything serious is escalated to the director. You also see how many reviews you collect per 1,000 orders.

  • One inbox for Google reviews
  • AI reply drafts, with classification and escalation to the director
  • Notifications by email and Telegram
  • Review rate per 1,000 orders

Multi-brand and franchise

Multi-brand is optional. If you run one venue with one menu, you can hide the brand switcher. Or use it as the first level of navigation — mains, wine list, desserts — with a single tap. For groups, one kitchen can serve several brands, each with its own domain and look, while access follows the shape of the business.

  • Brand icons as menu sections: mains, wine list, desserts
  • Several brands inside one venue
  • Branded domains per brand
  • Access hierarchy: venue, network, franchisee
  • Roles: owner, network director, venue director, manager, marketer

Admin

The whole network is managed from one place. The dashboard works on rolling intervals, so today is compared with the same span before it. Every settings change is written down and every integration shows its current state.

  • One admin panel for the whole network
  • Dashboard on rolling intervals
  • Change log for settings
  • Integration catalogue with statuses
  • Payroll and tips: share a percentage of turnover and tips by rules; staff see their own payouts — in development, September 2026
